Application and cover letter, followed by an online test, followed by an interview. The application was standard, the test was good, then I had an email to say I had an interview with three days preparation, months later, and during a really busy work period. The interview was over Skype and the conversation was cut off a couple of times due to the connection. The panel didn't have their camera on and that really put me off as all I could see was my face! I turned my camera off halfway through without telling them, which was a mistake. I was told about four months later that I didn't have the position, which was unsurprising as I thought I had performed badly anyway. However, the email was sent from an account I couldn't reply to, and all email addresses I had previously had correspondence with didn't respond to my requests for feedback. I understand that everyone is busy, but I thought this was really bad practice and not very courteous.
