I submitted an online application and was short-listed for a position in Copenhagen. I had a 90 minute phone interview that went really well, and I thought that I would surely get an offer. Instead, they sent me an email less than four hours later thanking me for my time. Obviously, they had a candidate pre-selected and were only ticking a box to have interviewed two others.
