UNOPS is using the Competency Based Interviewing Modality as part of it`s candidates Assessment. This is a behavioral interview, based on prior experience. The candidate must provide examples from their current or previous jobs, and provide their own roles and showcase their ability to demonstrate the competency assessed.

A written assessment , an almost 2 months later a rejection.
Extremely bad candidate experience.
Extremely old and archaic systems to evaluate.
Bad candidate treatment.
I have a really bad time following this process
