I applied online. I received an email a day or two later. The email said to fill out the application and I may get a call for a interview. The day after I filled out the application I received a email scheduling a interview. I went to the interview on a Tuesday. A week later I received an email that said they were going with someone else.

Nothing to it. II was interviewed by the end company that I worked for though UP. The interview with them was a panel type with 4 others asking questions. They were playing "good cop, bad cop" with me. Working for Shell Oil though UP has been a great experience.
