No behavior questions, only technical questions which are not related to my qualifications.
They schduled for 3 hours, but stopped in half, because these guys who should interview me
couldn't make the time that day.
Left confused not sure what type of tech they really need.
People asked random questions, or don't know what to ask.
Seems like they do the same type programming, no UI, no backend, no complicated sp, functions.

First interview was a phone screen with the recruiter. Then there was a 30 minute behavioral interview, followed by a technical interview with a tech lead, and two mid-level developers.
