Received a call from the Project manager, 3 weeks after applying online. Had two rounds of interview, one with the manager and two team members. The first interview was more behavioral and little technical. The second interview was more technical with 4 team members and manager. Although my interview went well I received a call from HR after 2 months with rejection. After that, I received an email from the project manager saying, although they had to take another candidate with more experience, she was really impressed by my interview.
