Applied through HR for position. Received several calls in reference to job qualifications. Conducted physical and physical fitness test and background check through external provider. Received interview with HR. Then transferred to security office for secondary interview. Received offer condition on completing security officer requirements.

Fair and consistent, the questions and method of interviewing made it easy and not confusing was very impressed. I also like the fact there is a peer interview as well it makes it easier
