Fairly thorough interview process, including several staff/management. Very welcoming. Asked good questions and gave good overview of the way the department worked. Phone interview first and then in the office.
Phone interview and in person interview . Pretty standard process, and was completed in a timely manner.
Offer came within a few days after completion of the process. Little negotiation of salary.

Entrevista
I found the job on a job site. A preliminary interview led to a panel interview that was on site. The panel interview did not appear to be tailored to the job description itself. The interviewers were also rather condescending, although I felt more knowledgeable than both. Overall, I left the interview confused and with a negative image of the company.
