You get hired no matter what. Got my starting date when i applied online, there was no interview. you go through some videos talking about the job then get thrown in to do work.

They put you in a room with other candidates, ask a couple questions, give you a tour of the building, show you where you’ll be working, you finish the app process there, then you’re hired.
