When they tell you don't bring a phone don't bring a phone they will make you take it back to your car. You walk in after that through a metal detector the room will be hot but you should already know that. They will take you on a tour then you will get a call the next day for an interview.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
