- Recruiter Phone Screen - Panel interview w/ Two people -People were very kind. I care a lot about clear communication & transparency and I got that from them from the get-go. I would say that one of the interviewers was a bit difficult to connect with during the second roud.

I have had many interviews for internships but I felt like the main person interviewing me was not trying to get to know me as a person and was asking very difficult technical questions. No behavioral STAR method questions at all. An internship is meant to be a place where you go and learn in a hands-on environment, we aren't at the level of answering such difficult questions. I wish the interviewer asked questions about my work ethic and skills and other ways I can offer value to the company. During my answers I got cut off many times and it felt a bit rude in my opinion (especially in the "tell me about yourself" part.
