Entrevista
The intent of the meeting was to develop network connections while seeking employment. The CEO was impressed with my resume and was trying to fill a new position in the company. He described the duties and I was very interested in pursuing and finding out more about the company. Several interviews occurred with the CFO who was going to become the COO. I also asked to observe the company operation during its peak period to see how it ran and I also met with several employees privately and asked pointed questions about culture and morale.

Interview process was via remote video conference and included the hiring manager and her immediate manager. All of the questions were STAR type interview questions. There was a long time between interview and job offer. Even longer time between job offer and start date
