Interview was done in zoom, where multiple interviewees were held in breakout rooms. Each person was then funneled to a two-person interview team who asked simple questions such as your work experience, description of what you're interested, etc.

Not hard at all. The fact is the majority are still not getting it. They have no clue how much money is going into it or what the money will go.
