took the AFOQT. Passed a bunch of physical fitness tests. Consistently passed random UAs. Needed a 4-yr degree. 5 week intensive officer training course.

Always something dealing with people in scenario based interviews.
There is no interview for enlistments in the Air Force. Background checks and passing the ASVAB test is all that is required. So, there are no other requirements needed to enlist.

Some difficult questions but the process was smooth but took awhile to get cleared for the job and they didn't tell me that. Otherwise, the interview was easy and just needed to remain calm and confident.

Quick and easy with a lot of questions describing me and what I would like to do in life. There were also a lot of tests about my intelligence and what a good job fit might be for me in the AIr Force.
