Entrevista
The initial interview consisted of a 15-minute interview in front of a panel of 4 people. First answer a written questionnaire about times you have solved different problems concerning workplace conflict, problem solving, and other related topics. You then go in front of the panel and answer various questions.

Conversational, panel interview. The interview focused on ability to learn on the job and communication skills. They want to know that you are coachable and willing to learn new topics.

Explain a time when you had to overcome a challenge.
I interviewed twice within the same week. The first interview was with mid-management and the second interview was with senior management. Although the questions where the same, the second time around they were more in-depth.

They used a templated sheet of questions that asked about technical experience and leadership abilities. I was asked to describe a time I was faced with a leadership challenge and how I handled it.
No questions were asked since this is the military. I am only filling this out because the website is making me in order to look at other info. Getting this to 30 words is getting difficult.
