Entrevista
Phone interview followed by personal interview. They paid for my travel to the new location as well as per diem and lodging. Interview was professional with just the Commander in the office asking the questions. Formal Dress but informal interview process, we sat at the corner of desk making it more personable during our discussions. After a quick run down on my previous experiences he went straight into questioning.
