The initial interview process began with a phone call. During the phone call, several questions were asked to feel me out to see whether I would be interested in the position and this was based on whether they believed I was a potential candidate or not. Once the interview was over, they asked me to commit to an additional phone interview at which time more detailed leadership methods were discussed to see if I was capable of handling various leadership tactics to accomplish the Target mission.
