Panel interview via a WebEx. Went well. Problem came with the offer process. Took several moths to get TJO. TJO came in extremely low, not what was discussed. Provided all of the documentation they asked for and a new offer came back, still very low, insultingly so. If you keep failing to fill positions, and want to attract talent, you're going to have to pay market rates, or at least get close to them but going up in steps! People aren't going to take pay cuts of tens of thousands of dollars for a few more holidays!
