Battalion CSM ultimately holds the yes or no on who gets the job but the First Sergeant is the advisor that has the most influence. You should show confidence and rely on your own aircraft knowledge for guidance. Remain flexible in your answers to find a solution in order to accomplish maintenance tasks.

Entrevista
An Army Recruiter will ask you questions to help you best find a career field that you would like to enter. You will have to take a written test (ASVAB). It is only good for two years. This will decide what jobs are open for you. You will take a physical to make sure you are fit for duty. If you come up positive during your drug screening at the MEPS Station you might be permanently disqualified. For more information contact your local Army recruiter.
