I was asked about a time I overcame a challenge, how I navigate leadership situations, and other common interview questions such as how I work under pressure, collaborate with a team, and handle feedback. The interviewer seemed interested in understanding my thought process, problem-solving skills, and leadership style. Overall, it was a conversational and structured interview aimed at assessing both soft skills and professional experience.

You need to make it to a recruiting station and take the test (ASVAB) and all the physical test (PT test), drug test and medical tests, they going to give you your options to which base you going to be station and chose where you going, even over seas.
