Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa US Census Bureau (Pittsburgh, PA).
Entrevista
Seen an ad locally about open testing. Called the 800 number to schedule testing. Went to testing location, answered 30 questions (2 were examples and basically answers were given, so 28 questions) I received a score of 27. Received phone call 2-3 months later asking if I was still interested in a position with US Census. I replied that I was. A week later I received a call discussing the Enumerator position and if I was interested. It seemed like an interview with the simple yes or no questions to which once completed I was told where to go to start my training and when.

Had no typical interview question, just availability questions. Like ... are you available to work at least 20 hours a week? Do you have reliable transportation?

The process to become an Enumerator is very easy. You have to apply and they will train you. The training consists of teaching you hot to use the data base and how to record data as well as how to conduct interviews. They will also inform you of any regulations you have to follow.

I was contacted for a phone interview. The interviewer described the position, and asked if I would have any difficulty with things like walking, climbing stairs and the like. He asked about my mode of transportation, and whether I was seeking full or part time. Questions were very straightforward, no "trick questions". After our question and answer interview, I was offered the position.
