Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. This is by far one of the worst interview experiences yet. I submit my application and got a call 3 weeks later for an interview. The Human Resources woman who left me the voicemail gave me 4 hours to contact her back for interviews THE NEXT DAY. I missed the call because i was at my current place of employment but i contacted her the next day to schedule my interview. She tells me that she’ll call me on Friday to set up a date and time. I never heard from her. I call back in 2 weeks later and they tell me the position is still open but i missed the second round of interviews because they decided to interview no one? I’m completely baffled at why a licensed optician of 11 years and 8 years of leadership couldn’t even get an interview even after they told me they needed to schedule an interview for me. The hr department is horrible and they’re dumb as rocks. Please don’t call me back, i couldn’t imagine fallowing directions from lazy leaders who obviously can’t do their job.
