Preset questions were asked. They were not open ended but very much knowledge based. I didn't have a hard time answering but thats because I was highly knowledgeable in the area of interview. If you are going for a high level job, you have to know the acronyms to get far.

Short Version: 2 interviews, one phone and if you're selected to move forward then you will participate in a Skype interview with a panel. In between the phone and the Skype interview, you will complete a screen test (it's in your best interest to do the screen test where you'll be completing the Skype interview.
Long Version: The interview process was long, to say the least. The application closed in September 2017. I got a call for an interview in late October. The interview happened in the second week of November, about 2 weeks later I received an invitation to complete a second round interview that was scheduled to happen in mid-December. After I completed the 2nd interview I got a tentative offer in the week of Christmas. Then I had to complete an e-form to begin the process for my clearance. Once that happened, I received an official offer letter the 2nd week of February. All in all the process took 4.5 months.
