Interview consisted of proving an ability to lead, think critically, and communicate effectively. Adherence to strict moral and ethical standards. Adherence to strict physical standards. Demonstrate a mission focus and a genuine concern for team members both on and off duty. Demonstrated want for professional development in all arenas. Willingness to relocate to stateside and abroad locations.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of two individuals in the career field asking a bunch of standard employment questions (strength, weakness, hobbies, etc). There were also a battery of tests and a the filling of an SF86 to apply for a security clearance. Credit report and criminal background checks were also conducted.
