Submitted my resume via USAjobs and received a call, or email (can't remember which one), if I was still interested in the position. I told them yes and I was schedule for a phone interview as I wasn't in the immediate interview. The phone interview consisted of three personnel, one person from the actual location who wasn't PAO and the two others were in different locations, but were Federal PAOs. The interview was STAR format and did not pertain to Public Affairs at all. The second interview was with the person who would be my supervisor. They asked more specific PAO questions and focused on the technical aspect of the position.
Overall, it wasn't a bad process but the HR rep was difficult to get a hold of at times.
