I had a short phone call with one hiring/HR person who asked about my current position. After agreeing that I was a decent candidate they sent me a link to set up a zoom interview with (who would be) the on-site manager. The zoom interview took approximately 20 minutes, the manager read only from a basic pre-made questionnaire. When I asked if he could walk me through what a day would look like in that position, he described very high-volume work with little supervision.
