Phone call with HR was straightforward and went well. They asked relevant questions and was adequately able to describe the role and the companies needs. I however got no follow up afterwards one way or another about the job.

Recruiter reached out via email to setup a call. No showed on the call and then emailed me with "lol" guess I was too busy. We rescheduled, had a good call and I was told that I was a great candidate and should hear back on potential next steps in a week. A little over a week later I received a robo-reply telling me they were moving in a different direction. Not upset about that just the lack of any feedback especially after being told I was a fit for what they were looking for.
