I was contacted after posting my resume online. I talked to HR about the position, about my goals and what I wanted out of my job. The interview itself was in a really inconvenient location, you absolutely should have a car to get there even though there is a metro stop in Vienna, VA. The office was not nice, they might still be working on it though. The in person interview was simple, I don't even think it was necessary. I was told more about the position and asked a handful of question, again, about what I wanted out of my job. A more formal phone interview would have sufficed. I was not enthusiastic about the job, I think my interviewer could tell, and I received no offer.

I was called by a Caroline to set up a preliminary interview which was clearly used to weed out anyone who would not be suited for the position. Then I was invited back for a second interview where they had me follow someone into the field so I could get a first hand look at what specifically I would be doing. It was a great day and I really enjoyed my time and every question I asked was answered quickly and confidently.
