The application and interview process was conventional and prompt. I interviewed with the two members of their current IT staff to discuss their needs and my experience. It was evident that although the position is entry level IT, they are going to hold out for someone with .NET programming experience. I felt they were forthright about the workplace and their hiring approach. The down side is that after over four months I haven't received an official response. As of a followup phone call after three months, the position was still open. It has been re-posted with a different job title at least twice.
