The Marine Corps has a very unique hiring process that requires critical entrance standards. Not only the skill, knowledge and desire are required but the ability to pass a rigorous physical examination. After all this is confirmed, the applicant will be matched with a job through the rough collected from the aptitude entrance test.

You have to do an Independent Duty Checklist to ensure you are proficient and stabel enough to operate at an I&I (inspector and instructor, reserve training center pretty much) unit.
