You have to work through the OSO (Officer Selection Officer). They will work with you to get all the paper work completed. Ensure you are a physically fit as possible. Must have good vision and otherwise physically qualified. Mentally and emotionally you need to be somewhat of a Type A personality. Doesn't hurt to have some type of engineering background as being an aviator is very "if" "then". I was told on my personality portion of the exam to think what Tom Cruise would answer like (i.e,. Top Gun).

Entrevista
Was enlisted in a reserve unit while going to college. I made contact with an Officer Selection Officer and informed her I was interested. Took the test for aviation selection; ran a Physical Fitness Test, and applied. OIF was really heating up, and they needed pilots.

Entrevista
There is no specific interview process for a job as an officer in the Marine Corps. You will have to go through a process of tests to be a pilot. You will take the ASVAB test to determine your intellectual abilities and then when you attempt to get to the pilot posisiton, you will need to take other tests (AQT FAR). These tests determine your fit in the "Pilot Organization". Your score on this test derectly determins if you will become a pilot. Parts of the test include ersonality questions and also spatial orientation questions. There are many studyt aids for the test online and that csan be bought.
