Entrevista
Interview Day at NUWC, Newport RI.
They invited & flew entire group of people up (mostly student computer scientists, electrical engineers, marine engineers) and we all stayed at one hotel. Nobody knew what specific jobs they were interviewing for until the morning of the interview, when each person was handed a folder with their schedule. The jobs on my schedule did not match my interests. If a phone interview had been done beforehand, I would have declined the invitation to visit. However, they were prompt in paying me for the travel expenses I occurred. I received an email a few weeks after interview day saying I was not selected for any of the jobs I interviewed for.

The process was pretty straightforward, just a phone conversation about the kind of work you want to do and what your are interested in. Then you get a call a couple of weeks later. It then takes a few months for them to process all the paperwork; this is the most frustrating part as you basically don't hear anything for a long period of time.
