I interviewed over the phone in Nov-2015. about 30 min. job was in Dallas office first round for class starting in Jan-2016.
In Jan-16 I heard I was not selected. then I applied again on usajobs for PE in Detroit office it was closed in May-11-2016. in Jun-29 I got e-mail to fill out a form for investigation later that day I got tentative offer and the day after I got the offer but contingent upon getting the background check done. I didn't interview for this one they just used my results from the interview back in Nov-15 because was within 6 months.
