The job openings and application can be found online at USPS.com. Click on "careers" at the bottom of the page. Be ready to spend 2+ hours filling out the application as it is VERY detailed. You will need addresses and phone numbers of every employer you have had for the past seven years. You will also need references that they will contact by mail, as well as seven years of residences, schools.....every day must be accounted for. Be honest about any criminal history. It may not affect your chances. Check every tab on the application. If the application is not complete, it will not be submitted. Make sure you have a confirmation and check your email often for a test date, drug and driving tests. You will only have a short window to complete these and it might require some travel. It can take up to several weeks for an interview.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
