I first applied to many positions at USPS. After a couple of weeks or so, I was invited to take the online personality assessment. After taking that assessment, I was invited to take the site assessment. That went fairly well. I received my score of 79.90 immediately after taking the test. I went home and continued to apply at USPS and finally, a month later, I received an email with an invite to interview. The email gave me a set day and time for the interview, which was a week later. I went to the interview and unlike much of what I read on glass door, I interviewed with one manager and there wasn't a bunch of people waiting to interview. It was just me, at least for that time slot. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and he asked me many questions. Most of them were easy but I was asked about dealing with irate customers a few times and in different ways. I have a hard time with those questions just because different circumstances call for different measures and I don't do well with quick responses.
