Filled out anapplication, had to take a test which focused on sorting mail, interviewed with the post master from the office I applied and the supervisor from a larger office. The supervisor asked more questions and seemed more knowledgeable in how to conduct an interview that the post master did. The postmaster more less sat there and almost seemed lost

There was no interview. I took a personality test online and was offered a position. My was scheduled for the following month and I've been working every since. After two years I'll automatically be promoted to a career position.
