Easy interview. Waited in the lobby on a bench until called in my the Postmaster. Was brought into a conference room and was asked simple questions (listed below). Overall, the interview ended up being more small talk than questioning. Got a call a couple weeks later, did all the pre-employment stuff like fingerprints, short physical, drug test and tax paperwork. Went to work after about three weeks.

There was no interview. I took a personality test online and was offered a position. My was scheduled for the following month and I've been working every since. After two years I'll automatically be promoted to a career position.
