Entrevista
I was invited to interview at the main Annex in Lancaster, PA. I met with a supervisor in the office of the Annex Manager, where we discussed my work history and current outlook n the position. The interview was easy, straight-forward, and done in about an hour or less.

The interviewer asked typical questions about the work history. The interviewer also asked hypothetical questions to find out how I would respond. One that stands out was, "What would you do if you were covering a 20 year veteran's route, and doing it consistantly faster than he does, and when he gets back he confronts you about it?"

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
