Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela US Postal Service (Phoenix, AZ) em fev. de 2011

First you have to take the test. You either "got it" or you "don't." There really is no in between with this type of material. A lot of memorization, patterns, organization, speed. Ex: The test will list 10 different addresses for you to study, and than they are taken away. You than have to answer questions in regards to the addresses you just studies.

After you pass the test, the rest is easy. Just a psychological review, and a "why would you be a good fit for the USPS" type interview. They want to make SURE you are ok with only working 1 day a week if that happens to be the station you get assigned to - but this is mostly NEVER the case after you start working in an actual Post Office.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
