ALL interviews are done by email. You NEVER have a traditional interview (none, zero; not by phone, in person, or Zoom). Only questions that were asked was if I still was interested, my name and address. Couldn’t ask any questions about scheduling, benefits, etc. first USPS employee I actually talked to was my first day of orientation

no formal in person interview. Once application was complete they send you a few tasks to be done by a certain time,once that is done they schedule orientation. You have to pass a federal background check,and must have a drivers license.

Entrevista
The interview is all online, extremely easy and quick. Select from multiple choice and you are then offered a job with forms to fill out and fingerprinting. Then you are called and bring 2 forms of Identification with you
Easy. Just pass the assessment then you have the job. Sometimes it may be a slow hiring process but long as you can pass a background check, you’re fine. Good luck
