Very mundane and bone dry. They look for people that they can easily use and abuse, usually younger people. They promise you a 6 figure salary when that a a lie! It's hourly not salary as advertised on Indeed and other hiring forums.

group interview on zoom. They require you to be on camera. They don't ask questions, they describe the company and sales process and play several taped sales calls. They don't ask questions of individuals but they want you to ask questions.
