Entrevista
Two interviews - first on Facetime, then one with the owner. The initial screening was pretty standard. The one with the owner was more of a sales pitch on how great the company is, and a very small part of what your background is. A couple illegal HR questions were asked like age and marital status. A lot of red flags thrown on how they treat their lifeguards.

I had two interviews, one over the phone( which was fine) and one in person.
Inappropriate questions were asked on the in person interview. I had to wait a long time for an offer.
