I applied in a form online and received a phone call to set up a video interview. I was hired via email after the video interview. The interview is something i don't remember fully as it was a long time ago, but it was not difficult. She asked basic questions, some scenarios were asked but they were easy enough that i could answer with no prior lifeguard experience.
