I had a 15 minute phone interview with Head of Training at the Company's headquarters, then a follow-up 30 minute interview with the CFO and a sales consultant. Both the CEO and the Trainer were very informative as to their expectations of this new position they were creating. Basically USA Mobile Drug Testing was rolling out anew product called Shield where a small business could pay a set price ($8/employee) per month to have quarterly random drug tests administered to a certain percentage of their employee roster. We would generate the name selection, send certified collectors to their job site, and provide them with employee training for the Georgia Drug Free Workplace program. An added benefit for signing up for the Shield program was they would get reduced pricing on having us write their DFWP policy and that we would step them through the process to receive a 7.5% discount off their annual workers' compensation premiums. I felt like I could definitely stand behind this product, and that it would practically sell itself!
