Entrevista
Phone interview with recruiter, then in person interview with future boss, then awkward second interview with some other members of the office. Overall not a bad experience, but I definitely walked out each time feeling like a country bumpkin (which I later discovered the hard way was just the overall culture of the company).

There really weren't any unusual questions....nothing out of the ordinary as far as an interview.

Entrevista
I applied for an Administrative Assistant position and received a phone interview about a week later. The recruiter was interested and setting up an in person interview at the location I applied for but then said that it wouldn’t be for the position I applied for. She wasted 20 minutes of my time going over my experience and qualifications and trying to convince me what a great company they are only to then tell me she thinks I’m better suited for a different position she had available. She tried to put me in sales when I clearly have a background in administrative support. Simply because I had call center experience once. Completely irrelevant to my current career skill set and has been for over 7 years now. I shy away from companies that use head hunters for this reason, they’ll do whatever it takes to recruit anyone into a position so they meet their quota.
