Slow, tedious, non-responsive. The process began three and a half months ago and I still haven't heard back after sending an in-depth brand strategy to leadership. Leadership was unresponsive to multiple emails. After notifying them that I was reviewing other offers, I still heard nothing. I finally withdrew my application. All I heard was radio silence accompanied by the humming of crickets.
