There are 4 rounds. 1st round is to meet with HR and understand responsibility. General BQ like why this company and why this role. Briefly discuss some past experiences. 2nd round is more technical. 3rd round is a case and final round is meet with CDO.

Entrevista
I had a phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager. The call with the hiring manager was weird. Usually, the call starts with an explanation of the role, why they're hiring, and/or a bit about the company. None of that. The hiring manager said, "We're hiring for a role on our team XYZ" and then I had to proceed with my pitch about my background, which set the tone for the rest of the call. Her disinterest made me disinterested. Overall a waste of both our time, mainly mine.
I invested upward of 8 hours interviewing for this company while interviewing for two different positions. I made it through all rounds of interviews. Then the recruiter couldn't be bothered to respond to my emails. Those on the DS team seemed wonderful and the process from that perspective was great. From an HR perspective, I think it's incredibly disrespectful to take up so much of an individuals time and not have the decency to let them know another candidate was chosen.
