Phone interview and then in person interview with 3 people. Two of the people were via the phone so it was definitely less intimidating. Remember the names in case you get hired, you will work with at least one of them again

Entrevista
My first interview was with the recruiter - The recruiter asked about my claim experience as well as my experience with claim handling software. She also asked about how much my current company allows me to pay out without manager approval.
Second interview was with 2 hiring managers. Both were really great guys. Super chill and asked targeted questions regarding how I would deal with upset customers. The questions the hiring managers asked were STAR........Situation - Task - Action - Result
