Application and assessment was fine, lots of wpm typing questions. Took a couple weeks after to hear back. The phone interview was mostly based on why you are looking to change jobs, why USAA, and your employment history. In-person interview was more about answering situational questions. Be prepared to possibly answer a LOT of questions there.

One phone interview, then an in-person interview. Was a nice easy process and area was very nice. All in all the process seemed streamlined and easy. Pretty much in and out

I liked the interview process. I liked the recruiters. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were there to help and make the process smooth as possible. USAA would be a great company to work for.

Brief phone interview with a recruiter. Assessment test. In person interview after. Then the offer of employment was made. In person was two people interviewing asking behavioral questions and specific situational questions
