Very conversational. The majority of the interview was a discussion about how the audit process at my organization compared to USAAs audit process. The questions asked were pretty straight forward. Overall, a very positive experience.

HR sets up a phone screen. It is supposed to be 20-30 minutes. HR was over 20 minutes late so it was not that long. The next step is a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The video part did not work and hiring manager said I was not the only one so just a call. I was told I would hear back in the next week and a half. I did not. I followed up with HR and never heard back. I just received the automated rejection email. The next steps would be several separate zoom interviews with managers and then offer.
